Purpose and access

The information is used to review and respond to your business inquiry. Inquiry records are accessible through the site owner's authenticated Sites database tools. Submissions are not displayed publicly. Email notifications are not configured in this version.

Hosting and processors

This website uses ChatGPT Sites, with hosting and database services supplied through OpenAI and Cloudflare. These services process request and security information under their applicable service arrangements. Sign-in may be required when the website is shared privately.

Retention and spam prevention

The application removes inquiry records older than 90 days when new form requests are processed. Abuse controls store a daily hash derived from a request's IP address, a time window, and request counts; application records do not store raw IP addresses. Expired tokens and rate-limit records are removed during subsequent requests. Platform logs and backups may have separate retention settings.

Cookies and analytics

No advertising or analytics trackers are added by this application. The hosting platform may use necessary authentication or security cookies.

Your choices

You can contact us by email or phone instead of using the form. To request access, correction, or deletion of an inquiry, email us with its reference number. Please avoid sensitive personal data, passwords, and confidential customer records in the form.
