Job Description: Remote Junior Data Analyst

Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Junior Data Analyst to join our analytics team. In this role, you will assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of data analysis, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Cleaning:

   • Gather data from various sources and ensure its accuracy and integrity.

   • Clean and preprocess data to prepare it for analysis.

2. Data Analysis:

   • Conduct basic statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

   • Assist in the development of reports and dashboards to visualize data findings.

3. Collaboration:

   • Work closely with Project Manager and to understand data needs and project objectives.

   • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving data processes.

4. Documentation:

   • Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis procedures.

   • Help create user guides and training materials for data tools.

5. Continuous Learning:

   • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools in data analytics.

   • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.

Qualifications:

• Education: Sr, High, Vocational & Fresh Grad.
  

• Experience:

  • Relevant internship or coursework in data analysis is preferred.

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel and Word) is a plus.
    

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
